I wonder why big highways are always congested. Collisions are not always the case. Being someone who is patient but urgent at the same time, I have found out the reason.

The fast lane of a highway is the favourite spot for all different types of drivers. Slow drivers want to reach their destination fast so they enter the express lane. Drivers who ‘think’ that they are fast enter the express lane. The thing is, if one does not decide to go 100 km/h and above, he or she should beat it. I hate drivers who drive slowly yet they get into the fast lane. I think this is the reason for traffic jam in Malaysia, particularly KL.

China’s roads are less spacious and they have got more cars. But they are urgent people. They are not like Malaysians who take their time on the road even though it is jammed.

Be urgent but at the same time, be courteous. Australians seldom blare the honk unless it is an emergency. People here honk when they are upset or feel indignant. Be friendly while driving. Compromise if you can. Let other people go if you are not in a hurry. Some unreasonable people cut your line but some people do not do it intentionally. They really have to go to the other side of the road.

Sometimes when people flash or honk at me for stupid reasons, I will keep quiet and let it be. If I was in the wrong, I would wave to indicate apology. If I was just driving normally, and some idiot makes me want to feel provoked and I choose to be, maybe I will stop my car, bring out a baseball bat and smash that car. The wrath of the scorpion king can burn down heaven. How many times do I have to reiterate this? And some people still think that I was just saying.

Not that anger gets the better of me. If anger ever gets over me, it is because I allow it to, just like everything else that happens to me. I was only a victim a few times. But I am no longer a victim. Crushing someone’s car with a baseball bat is not to vent my rage neither is it an act of impetuousity. It is to teach these people a lesson. Who are you to honk? Who are you to flash? These rude people should receive punishment. That is why I like both ‘The punisher’ and ‘Ghost rider’ so much. They punish people who are ‘guilty’. I am neither ‘the punisher’ nor am I the ‘ghost rider’ but I am the demonic angel or scorpion king. I will do the same and I am not a fairy tale.

There was once when I entered the curve’s parking lot. I turned into a lane from the opposite direction unintentionally and knowing that I had already half turned in, intentionally. An ugly looking girl in her car coming from the right direction gave a middle finger. I found a parking space later and was going to find her. But my boo had to use the bathroom badly so I did not in the end. If I found that girl, I would ask her to show me the finger she used to point at me and hammer it until the bone is shattered. Or if I could only find her car, her car would be wrecked without mercy. My boo and other friends said that there are CCTVs all around and I would not be able to run away. I simply have no fear. Committing crimes without being detected is not that hard.

Violence is not cool but instilling fear in assholes’ hearts is cool. This will make them not forget and behave next time. Sometimes, when the diplomatic and tactful way does not work, we have to use the hard way.

Drive both fast and steadily. Be considerate on road. Do not hinder the flow of traffic. Be urgent when you are on the fast lane, not impatient. If there is a car travelling in high speed behind you, do not wait till it flashes. Shift to the slower lane and let it pass. Be compromising and allow people to cut your lane. Do not forcibly cut people’s lane. Always signal when you are shifting lanes, turning into a road or turning out to the main road. If you see people driving recklessly or impudently, remain your composure. Avoid using the honk or flash unless it is an emergency. I understand that sometimes you are angry at some fucking drivers but when you react impulsively, you are no better than them.
